TITLE:“To explain the positive economic, cultural and ethical impact of globalisation ondifferent business functions.”A case study on Jaguar.INTRODUCTIONGlobalisation refers to the procedure through which business operations can beperformed at international level. Under this process, there is integration and interaction amongpeople, team, organisations and political parties of different countries (Wellin, 2016). It isessential to understand changes in working style through which they can perform businessactivities in different manner. Managers has to understand what changes are significant tounderstand to get success at international level. In order to make clear understanding about plansand policies, manger has to understand changes taking place in external market. There isdifference in legal policies, change in consumer demand, etc. which has to considered whileoperating at international level. Role of government is crucial because while operating businessat international land is possible with their consent.Jaguar automotive organisation is considered in this investigation. This association isluxury vehicle brand as British multinational car manufacturer. This association has headquarterat Whitley, Coventry, England, UK. This association was established in 1922. In this researchthere is study about project aims and objectives, project management plan, work-down structure,Gantt chart, qualitative and quantitative research and other research tools and techniques. At lastthere is reflection and some recommendations to deal with issues faced by organisation whichhas to be taken in consideration for future aspects.TASK 1P1Globalisation is the procedure through which organisation is able to function in differentdivisions of country. As per change in plans and policies, managers has to take actions throughwhich they can get success at international level. With change in geographical region, there isdifference in demand and purchasing power of consumers (Ward, 2016). In this report there isdiscussion about positive economical, cultural and impact of globalisation on businessoperations. There are some absolute and correct alterations in order to gain good brand image atnew market because of competition with local brand, etc. 1

When operations of Jaguar is operating in more then one country, then there is differencein working style such as change in marketing, employees hiring polices, accounting polices, etc.Managers of Jaguar has to hire employee from local geographical region through which they areable to understand to know demand of consumers. Advertisements has to be according toconsumers mindset, so they feel familiar with brand and ready to avail services. Workers has tobe trained to work under dynamic environment through which they are able to make long termrelations with consumers by providing them satisfactory services and car. Jaguar deals inluxurious segment of cars, so they have to work as per their brand image and make policies toimprove increase sales.Aim:“To explain the positive economic, cultural and ethical impact of globalisation ondifferent business functions.”A case study on Jaguar.Objectives:To understand basic knowledge about globalisation and its importance.To evaluate the positive economic, cultural and ethical impact of globalisation on HR,marketing, accounting, etc. functions of Jaguar.To determine the barriers which faced by Jaguar in expanding business operations underglobalisation. This is the legaldocument which assist in performing project in better and effective manner. While working inteam , team mates are aware about cost, time, risk, etc. for conducting project. Cost : Cost is the one of the major source which has to be considered while conductinginvestigation (Vonortas and Kim, 2015). Cost is required for successful conductingglobalisation project and expansion of business. From Jaguar point of view, there isrequirement of there is requirement of £700 for marketing expense, hiring expertise, etc.While researcher requires £200 for stationery, internet connection, library fees, etc.through which it is easy to conduct investigation in better and effective manner. Scope : Scope of this project is know positive impact on operations, HR, marketingactivities of association with globalisation. So this project can be used to know up towhat extent globalisation is fruitful. From researcher point of view, they are able toenhance their knowledge about globalisation and its impact on business operations toget idea about it. They are able to know issues which arise at international level.Time : Time is another important prospects which is essential to completing researchwithin authentic time. Jaguar requires time of 12 weeks in which they conductproject of globalisation. While researcher requires time of 5 weeks to complete thisproject. Quality : Quality is one of the major aspect which assist in providing satisfaction toconsumers because there are many competitors, so to make existence, there isrequirement of providing good quality products and services to consumers. While asper view of researcher, quality of data collected has to be considered, so it can usedfor future use. Communication : There is requirement of communication among employees andmanagers of Jaguar while operating at international level because of deliveringinformation about discount offers, marketing policies, etc. (Vance and Paik, 2015).While as per researcher point of view, there is requirement of communicationchannel to communicate about collecting data techniques, progress rate of project,etc. So researcher use audio and video calls, email, etc. Risk : There are some risk which are associated with expansion of economicalactivities at international level such as technological changes, marketing strategies,more competition , improper pricing strategy, etc. So this affects consumersatisfaction and affects growth and development of Jaguar in new land. While as perresearcher point of view, there are some risk while conducting project such as loss of3

data, hacking of information, etc. which affects completion of globalisation projecteffective and within specified time. Resources : There is requirement of some resources for researcher for conductingglobalisation project as well as Jaguar in expansion of business. For expansion ofbusiness, there is requirement of finance, employees, raw material for successfulexpansion of business (Ungureanu, Pop and Ungureanu, 2016). While as per view ofresearcher there is requirement of resources such as internet connection, computersystem, staionary, finace, books, newspaper, etc. P3Work break down structureWork break down structure is the process under which complex and big task or projectsare divided into small projects. With the help of which project gets simplifies and makes teammates clear about their roles and responsibilities. Chunk and cluster of work gets easy and can besupervised and directed easily. But work break down must be readable and understood because itassists in estimated completed time, risk and cost. There are some set benchmarks and milestones which has to be considered for completing project within reasonable time. This divideswhole project under different departments which assist in understanding progress rate of project(Tidd and Bessant, 2018).4
