Alarm set this, training if provided by business organisation to staff then it is made possible that company will sustain within the existing or in a new market. In order to conduct research Hello Molly has been taken into consideration. Project aims and objectives, project plan, Gantt chart and work break down structure are being utilised in order to develop the investigation and much more effective manner. This made me feel low but then also I tried hard to develop patience and make others understand the concept of research as well as questionnaire. I was motivated throughout my project so that I can accomplish the project within time. CONCLUSION With the help of above mentioned report it is being concluded that training, recruitment and selection of employees helped an organisation to gain competitive advantages and improve their market image at international market. In order to achieve overall objective of research, different tools and techniques was required by researcher such as Gantt chart, Work break down structure, questionnaires, books etc. All these sources helped a researcher to complete project within given time period and accomplish better outputs for the research.
