technology companies and its major competitor
includes google, apple, Facebook and Microsoft.

 Aim of research is “Developing a overview of talent management strategies used
by organizations for the purpose of retaining and managing their workforce”.

particular activity, a project management plan is
defined as the procedure that includes research
techniques, process and different associated methods
of collecting data. All this function involves
different research techniques and methods to achieve
the aim of the report. Some of the aspects included

scope, communication, resources and risk.

It is a tool used to divide the project into small so that the projects are managed and
completed effectively. In other words, it means the work is divided into different
team members for better productivity and easy management of project.

Recommendation
 From the above made discussion and analysis it can be said that in context of Amazon there is
need of some improvements in key areas of their talent management practices. Such as one of
the key recommendation is to focus on their present plans for the objective of motivating their
employees. There is need to enhance the present morale of employees so that they can be
retained for a longer time duration.
