going to highlight the major objective which is; to identify the influence of globalisation on
business activities. Thus, an effective aim have been designed for completing the whole project
by making an appropriate management plan which helps in reducing probabilities of mistakes.
Along with this, suitable methods will be explained that might be adopted by company for
accumulating necessary data and information in order to understand the opinions of distinct
members towards the subject. Furthermore, suitable recommendation is also outlined on the basis
of findings.

Throughout the analysis, it has been understood that Marks and Spencer needs to focus
on cultural globalisation for gaining attention of various customers which are belongs from
various religion. By analysing the viewpoints of several users it is analysed that number of
multinational organization are emerging at global platform for grabbing the market opportunity
by satisfying the needs of users. But at the same time, company needs to take some necessary
measures for managing all the business operations in better manner so that they can attain
promote positive cultural globalisation at marketplace. Thus, some of the necessary steps that
needs to be followed by Marks and Spencer is discussed as follows-

with long distance consumers. However, I have faced number of problems while managing
business activities such as; complexity of technology that is not accepted by several employees
because of its complex features. Along with this, sometime I faced problems of funds due to
inappropriate management which create problem for me while attaining set targets and failed in
maximizing sales volume of an association. It’s not easy for me to handle a large successful
project because there are number of people are determine who have rejected the form while
accumulating data from them with the help of questionnaire method. At the same time, there are
some users whose prefer and love to express the views on promoting cultural globalisation by
respecting each and every religion that are determine at international market. As a result, I have
encountered these problems and come to know that lots of consumers are there who are very
much interested to try different types of products that are related with various customs, religions,
culture and beliefs.
