Aim- The aim of the present research project is to examine “how multinational companies improves recruitment, selection and training programs to meet international requirements.” By making improvements in recruitment process includes shortlisting only those candidates who are having sufficient knowledge and qualification to be an employee inCadbury. Selection of candidates is done on the basis of performance given by a candidate during recruitment process. Along with this, training programs provides an opportunity to employees to convert their weaknesses into strengths by improving their potentiality. This all benefits the company to perform well in both domestic and international market. This results in meeting global needs. Objectives To implement internal or external recruitment programs to fill the space of workforce which assist Cadbury to achieve sustainability at global level.
