Findings & Outcomes
On the basis of above research it has been concluded that how globalisation can affect the HR
functions of Nestle (Brewster, Mayrhofer, and Farndale, eds., 2018).
It has found that, international environment comes with different methods, approaches and mindset
which impact the employee behaviour and attitudes.
The main impact of globalisation is employee distinct behaviour which is unpredictable.
Such attributes creates difficulty in recruitment and selections also affect the process of training as
well. At the same point, globalisation also impact positive while selecting the potential employees.
Study also concluded that different candidates having different criteria to accomplish the work
which sometimes also create the misunderstanding and conflict.
