This assignment is a performance review of a project that aimed to enhance recruitment, selection, and training practices within a multinational organization to meet international requirements. The project was conducted on a time scale with activities performed on weekly basis, allowing for timely identification of issues and resolution. The researcher learned new skills such as time management, communication, and team building. However, leadership and decision-making were identified as areas for improvement.
