contact with the customers (Jamieson and Jamieson, 2014). Apart from this, forecasting is
important for any hotel as it assist them to save their funds so that better profitability would
be attained by the hotel. At last, it is important to repair and maintain equipments used by
the hotel as it reflect the climate and culture of the hotel.

Housekeeping department roles and responsibilities
is to clean the hotel which includes lobby area,
rooms etc. Main work of house keeping department
is to ensure that cleanliness within hotel premises,
daily operations which consist of change of
bedsheets cover, washing of cloths etc so that
customer engagement would be higher.
