INTRODUCTION
Hospitality management means dealing with the hospitality industry. It includes
providing of accommodation services as well (Lyus, 2017). Accommodation services can be
provided in hotels, resorts etc. They satisfy the customers and guests who have made payment
for availing these services. In this report, Bulgari Hotel is chosen which is a five-star hotel in
London, U.K. The hotel provides a wide variety of services to its clients like Wi-Fi, laundry
services etc. In this assessment, detailed analysis will be made on accommodation available; the
front office department plays in the hotels. Additionally, detailed focus will be made on
assessment of contribution made by department of housekeeping services in serving clients and
exploring the role facilities and securities play in providing services to the various guests and
customers.

Housekeeping department:- This refers as management of chore duties within an
hospitality industry to run hotel effectively through cleaning, home maintenance, shopping,
cooking and bill payment. Managers of The Bulgari Hotel, London implement this to hire more
persons for improving their efficiency and lead to decentralise their actions through division of
work.
