INTRODUCTIONIn order to manage activities, every enterprise can grow their outcomes and results insuccessful manner. Therefore, goals and objectives need to be achieve in systematic way atworkplace. Management plays very important role in this aspect to set their targets according tothe availability of resources (Chauhan, 2017). In this way, performances can be assess throughgathering effective information about the market demand. In order to focus on the present report,ABC Company has been selected that is recruitment enterprise. Nowadays, the enterprise facingmany issues which reduce its effective functioning as well. For example, poor management,inadequate leadership and management, etc. Board and management plays very important rolebecause operations failed which reflect negatively to the organisation. For gaining insight knowledge of the company, present report covers organisationalstructure and culture in ABC with demonstrate relationship between processes. Furthermore, itincludes SMART objectives that can be relate with resources and people to develop effectivefunctioning. Moreover, system also design to monitor the quality standards in the enterprise. Inaddition to this, report carry plan to determine practical implication of the health and safetypolicies and procedures in business environment. TASK 1LO 11.1 Interrelationship between different process and functions of the companyIn the organisation every function and department interrelated with each other. This isbecause, they all are responsible to make effective functions and operations in systematic aspect.At workplace of ABC, different functions carried in crucial aspect such as production, sales,marketing, research, etc. In this context, relationship assessed in the following aspect:Functional structure: In this structure, different functions of the enterprise performed indistinctive departments (Bromiley, McShane and Rustambekov, 2015). Therefore, managersreport on the basis of performances of the people. When ABC company adopting functionalstructure, there are several advantages has been take place with clear lines of authority and alloweach person to concentrate on mission. Divisional structure: Divisional structure spread their operations across the branches.When the company demonstrates their functions in different product line, division of each1

developed with marketing, sales, accounting, R&D, etc. (Laudon and Laudon, 2016). Mainadvantages of this is that workers carried several functions that are necessary in ABC Company. Matrix structure: With the help of Matrix structure, business has the maximumflexibility for the more hierarchical organisation. In this structure, each person work in thefunction based department. For example, marketing or finance to assigned projects to differentmanagers teamed. This structure adapts functions to change needs of the business unit (Johnstonand Marshall, 2016). Organisational charts: Due to trouble visualizing, proposed structure can be cater forthe organisational chart to see it clearly. In this way, management functions can be developedeasily. Therefore, management efficiency could be improved in ABC Company. This chartshows lines of authority and control that runs between different departments and level ofmanagement. Well designed chart make it effective to divides up the operating functions(Bateman and Snell, 2013). These structure determines several elements in relationship for accomplish effectiveresults. They are as follows:Business responsibilities and reputation: This function help to protect the companyreputation. It will assist to increase management efficiency in systematic way. As results,organisational structure determines responsibilities towards the functions and operations ofbusiness (Lin, 2013). Human resource management: All operations of ABC intended with internal policiesand it also determines to make responsible characteristics of the enterprise for their workers. Inaddition to this, functions of human resources are responsible to regulate the policies, trainingand management of the performances. Technology management: In the global technology, management determines functionsat ABC Company. Therefore, they have to assess the direction towards accomplishment of goalsand objectives. It could be set with management disciplines that aids in technologicalfundamental (Doppelt, 2017). 2

1.2 Methodology which used to map processes for ABC company goals and objectivesIn order to develop map process in ABC Company, following methods can beimplemented to accomplish goals and objectives:The 5W1H technique: It is one of the commonly technique that used for analysis theprocess with different elements such as what, where, who, when, why and how. Thistechnique generally answer the question that are started with these words. For example,what are input exist on process, who are suppliers, where is the process execute, etc.(Myers, 2013).GUT Matrix technique: This is very practical and intuitive technique. This is used to setthe priorities where problems are encountered and treated effectively. It is stand forgravity, urgency and trend. Gravity determines degree of damage. Urgency refershappening which require to done immediately in ABC Company. Trend assists to identifyworst that happen due to postponing the solutions. In order to deal with effective management and leadership, following map process hasbeen used to determine workflow (Martensen and Mouritsen, 2014). It makes clearunderstanding of the process in the chosen organisation:Determines boundaries: In this step, ABC Company need to identify where processstart and end.
