INTRODUCTIONManaging business activity can be determined as a process through which organization orindividuals make sure that they operate their business operation in an effective manner. Inbusiness operation there are many activities which takes place and it includes investing, buying,selling, marketing, etc. which an aim to generate profit. In this context, it is very important tohave a proper and systematic analysis so that business activities can be operated properly (Jeonand Choi, 2012). In addition to this, it also includes function like financial, marketing, humanresource management, operations, etc. which are very important functions within business entity.Present report is about ABC Company which hires employees for other organizations. Thisreport covers the importance of business processes in delivering outcomes based upon businessgoals and objectives. Further, it covers, developing plan for own area of responsibility toimplement operational plans. Lastly, it also includes managing health and safety within thebusiness organization. TASK 11.1 Evaluating interrelationship among different process and functions of the ABC Company by drawing and organizational chartIn accordance with the given information, below given is the organizational structure ofABC Company which will be helpful in determining different position and levels which are beenfollowed by them within the organization:As it is shown in the diagram that Companies CEO is at the top level and it is theresponsibility of the CEO to develop strategies with the help of which all other functions can bemanaged effectively (Lee and Morrison, 2010). All the fund related issues of operation arehandled by finance department and they make sure that other operations get proper fund in orderto achieve their goals and objectives efficiently. Further, the marketing department is responsiblefor making use of different strategies through which organization will be able to promote theirservices to customers. This is one of the main roles as it provides awareness regarding theproduct and services developed by ABC Company to its service users. Operational departmentfocus on determining the operational process and the managing production of the company.Lastly, HR department is responsible to make sure that all the employees within the organizationare able to up on their full efficiency on their roles and responsibilities.
