Nestle.
INTRODUCTION
Globalization refers to the process under which organizational operations are performed
at international level, hence there are less trade barriers for performing operations in international
market. There is requirement of employees as well through which they can perform actions in
appropriate manner and consumer satisfaction can be achieved. This investigation is based on
Nestle which is big brand in confectionery sector (Boyle, 2017). There is discussion about ways
through which employee's recruitment, selection and training can be provided to personnel while
operating at international level. In this investigation, there is discussion about aims and
objectives framed associated with HRM practices, project management plan, work break down
structure and Gantt chart for completing project, different techniques for conducting
investigation, conclusion and recommendation on the basis of research conducted.

P1 Project aims and objectives for improving recruitment, selection and training policies
At international level, there is discussion about some changes in routine work of Nestle
while they are operating at international level. There is requirement of proper planning related to
recruitment, selection and training of workers in appropriate and better manner. Nestle is the
organization which is operating in different countries but there is requirement of improvement in
recruitment, selection and raining process through which consumer satisfaction can be achieved.
As per change in working style of organization, there is requirement of training through which
they came to know about ways to work with new and latest techniques (Clinton and Whisnant,
2019).
Aim:
To study the ways through which multinational companies improve the recruitment, selection
and training of their employees to meet International requirements. A study on Nestle.
With the help of this investigation, it is clear to make balance between organizational and
personal objectives of employees. This also makes easy to understand time and cost required to

perform activities but at the same time learning is also privileged. There is requirement of proper
communication with workers to acknowledge them about training method and its benefits. Some
times, it is important to motivate workers to learn new techniques and implement it in operations.

crucial and significant for making policies in proper and appropriate manner (Human Resource
Management (HRM) - Definition and Concept). For providing best and relevant services to
consumers, there is requirement of whole trained employees, hence in this case managers have to
frame proper and relevant policies. HR policies have to improved as per international market and

managers are able to out shine in international market. As per view of AndrewJ, 2016, HR
policies includes selection, recruitment, compensation, reward and other monetary benefits,
employees relations, etc. In order to maintain some good brand image at international level, there
is requirement of well trained workers, so training has to provided.
Importance of improvement in recruitment, selection and training process of Nestle at
international level
Selection, recruitment and training are crucial activities for workers because with the
help of it, they are able to compete with other organizations by providing better services to them.
It is important to understand international requirement such as change in working style through
which it is easy to make Nestle relevant in current market. With the help of proper training and
recruitment of personnel through which best services can be provided to consumers (Best

cope with any sort of industrial pressure. However, for staying updated with dynamic or
changing world, these challenges influence Nestle's HR decision making capability and
productivity as well that may arise a possibility of reducing company's brand value within
