Itwillhelpinbrininginnovativeoperationalideasandbring creativity in the company. Models to change management ADKAR model:This model of change management focuses on goal of company. While accepting and adopting changes in the company, it also focuses on goals of the organisation. Lewin's change management model:This model is majorly based on 3 concepts. Unfreeze change Freeze 1. Unfreeze -At first, employees are being told that change is necessary. Unfreeze is the most difficult stage of entire process. Where workers and management faces everything challenging about everything that they already know about the establishment. 2.Change: At this point, employees start accepting the changes. Workers adapt everything that they have to deal with in order to implement the changes. 3.Freeze:At last, at this stage everything gets settled and employees work in new working environment.
