It will provide different decisionmaking process and methods to set business relationships with stakeholders. It will providecommunication process which can be used by in organisation. Also gives details collection,formatting, storage and dissemination approaches of information which can help to a company touse data and information in a better way for long time. TASK 11.1 Range of decisions to be takenEffective decisions can determine the success of a business so it is essential for anentrepreneur to take a better decision before starting his business in a new market. As Posh Noshis working in the food industry which is having a huge scope to generate profits (Argenti.,2015).
