That help to achieve thedecided goals and objectives of the business. Another one is communication ids the anotherimportant element that help to transfer information one person to another so they can easy tounderstand and take better decision regarding any situations. POSH NOSH is the food companyin UK that providing all kind of foods to customers to give proper satisfaction. POSH NOSHalready set the branded image in the market and also in the customers mind. This company wantsto start a new business in non UK country. This new business main objective is set a brandedimage in the market and full fill the all customers needs and wants also wants to developbusiness in the effective way(Allen and at el., 2007). TASK 11.1 Discuss the range of decisions to be takenStrategic Level Decisions are the decisions that are related the long term directions of theorganization that helps in growth and development of the organization in relation to the othercompanies which have the same level of working but due to cost based limitation they cannotoperate in their own country and that's why have a joint venture with the other foreign companiesthat can help them to perform better results and can prove to be cost effective.Tactical Level Decisions are the decisions which are being implemented by top level managers athierarchical level and they can help the organization to grow and develop on the grounds of itshigh operations(Anantatmula and Thomas2010).Operational Level Decisions are the decisions that are to be provided by day to day operationsand performs the daily transactions that affect strategic planning in direct ways. These decisionsare the backbone of the organization that caters to the growth and development of theorganization.So for Posh Nosh being a food outlet start up , the management, employees needs to cater all thedecisions that can be evaluated at all the levels so that the company can attain growth andemployees can be befitted by the development of the organization.
