INTRODUCTIONConference and event management is application of project management in order tocreation and development of large scale event such as conference, festivals, weddings andceremonies. The present report will be base on 5 star hotels in Bournemouth which is “HiltonBournemouth”. The senior management team decide to diversify the range of product offer intheir hotel in order to attract more customers. Management organizes various event at hotel forintroduce product. Report will inform by the various class of event by using particular exampleand discourse features and trends which are running in market place. The study will showvarious management roles within event. It will review the management skills and personalproperty required to work within event.
