About Rosewood hotel
The spectacular hotel, spread in 11 square meter is especially designed for the wedding
reception. Situated in the central London, the majestic garden terrace of rosewood hotel provides
the astonishing view of London's historic landscape and hotel's arcade. The garden has the
massive capacity to accommodate around 200 guests for main dinner. This garden comfortably
houses large number of people to enable the guests to enjoy each and every aspect of the
wedding. The main center of attraction of garden is the elegant artwork adorned with romantic
and beautiful lightnings making it a perfect point for the photography.
Besides, being located by the shore of river Thames, this garden becomes a perfect spot for the
guests to experience the great landmarks and capture in their cameras. At night, the landscape of
the garden fantasizes the guests and leaves a memorable experience for them.

Ball room
The luxurious and grand ballroom creates a vivid atmosphere for the guests as well as the
bride and groom to take the wedding vows. Under the twinkling chandeliers, the hall provides
the dance stage for the guests and wedding couple. The artistry and stylish lobby will guide the
guests towards the ballroom where the arrangements for seating as well as standing will be
provided to witness the proceedings of wedding. Two theatrical staircase, one from the rose

Theme
As the wedding will take place in June which is the beginning of summer season therefor
the theme summer solstice will suit the best. The courtyard of rosewood hotel will be decorated
with shimmering lights and the trees will be ornamented with decorative flowers giving a fresh
fragrance. Grey yellow theme will revive the memories of 1920s giving a unforgettable
experience to the guests. The best way to rejuvenate the solstice is by creating sun wheels. These
will be hanged in the entrance passage and in the hall to give a magical effect. The lightnings and
decorations will be in such a way that it will depict the epic rays of summer. The tables

surrounded by the mixed ascent of floral and walls and gallery decorated with vibrant flowers
will give a look of solstice festival.
Meals and welcome drinks
Post wedding dinner will take place in Grand house. The event will commence by serving
welcome drink. Initially, the staff will serve a variety of drinks and hot cold canapes. The first
drink will be served a ta rapid rate thereafter the guests will receive it in every half an hour. After
the drinks, guests will be proceeded towards the meal which will be held in a hall having a
separate area where the guests will be offered with red and white wine. Food will include the
typical three course meal and will vary according to the guest's requirement. Required number of
waiters will be available to replace the empty water bottles with full one. Besides this, drinks will
