INTRODUCTIONManaging a conference or event is a challenging task for the organisations and thus,requires effective planning. The conferences requires multiple staff to maintain and manage theevent related activities. As the events is a very time and resource extensive task, propermanagement and planning is required to be managed and monitored. More emphasis is laid on catering servicein such events.Press conferences: This events have the presence of reporters and includes the media coverage.A form of informations are been released in such events related to people, place or situation. For example, Academy Awards (Getz and Page, 2016).Besides this, the events like birthday's, weddings, anniversaries and other parties are alsoclassified in the events. The sports events like World cups and Olympics also falls in it.
