INTRODUCTION
Managing continuous changing in the environment is essential in order to cope up with
business activities effectively. The continuous improvement is never ending process, in this it is
essential to review or evaluate the process of business in significant mode. The today's market is
very competitive in order to cope with this it is essential to drive those strategies which will be
helpful to promote improved performance. With the help of this there can be elimination in
relation to find root cause to problem. The present report will cover the activities of Tesco, it is
the retail sector engaged in grocery service. This will work as to achievement in organization
aims and objectives (Vargas-Hernández and Jimenez, 2016). The continuous improvement will
be helpful in relation to have changes like increment in employee engagement, productivity,
eliminate risk, enhancement in efficiency, improvement in business performance, reduction in
stress among the employees and resistance to future change. In this the human resource's
department teams need to take various initiative in order to Managing continuous changing in
business environment. The main aim is to have smooth operational efficiencies so that desire
result can be achieved.

1. Description on features of organizational culture which encourages continuous improvements.
The culture is the combination of those factors with the help of which firm is able to run
its business operations effectively. The organization culture is the system which works in relation
to share beliefs, attitudes which develop in organizations and guides the behavior of customers.
The organization culture is made with the set of important understanding such as values,
attitudes, beliefs shared by member of the organization. The organization climate is having
strong impact over the performance of business enterprise. It is inclusive of those key function
which is having the sense of identity, enhancement of commitments etc. The characteristics of
organization culture are defined in following manner are as-
The feature of the organizational structure are defined in the following manner are as-
1. Innovation and risk taking- This is the step or degree in which employees of are
motivated to take innovative step and calculated risk (Deshpande and et.al., 2017). With
the help of this the sunniness enterprise can able to run its function in the appropriate
manner.

2. Attention to detail- This is that degree in which employees put their major attention to
the detail of each thing so that decision can be taken effectively.
3. Outcome orientation- this is one of the effective feature of organization culture in this
the manager used to put their major focus over the outcome rather than any process to
have desire outcome.
4. People Orientation- in this management need to put their major attention on the decision
in order to achieve the one proper outcome. By focusing over the task in the proper
manner the organization can work as to have improvement in the business activities.
5. Team orientation- this is one of the effective in which each activities are assigned to the
team rather than individual of the organization. By focusing over the task the
organization can achieve the desire growth in firm.
6. Aggressiveness- This I in relation to that degree and extent in which people are
aggressive and competitive rather than clam and relaxed.
7. Structure- It is defined as those rules and regulation which directs the supervision. This
is one of the effective method to supervise and control function of business.
8. Performance- The performance of the employees need to be measure in relation to give
them award as per their performance. This is one of the effective method in order to
encourage the employees so that they can work in more effective and efficient manner.
9. Attitude towards change- the changes are need to be taken in relation to enhancing the
working of enterprise in the large manner. The employees who resist to change will
always bring positive result to the activities of business enterprise.
10. Commitment- this is that degree or extent in which the employees need to put major
attention over the long lasting goals of business enterprise. With the help of this firm can
supervise the each activities in the effective manner (Elves, 2014).
