INTRODUCTION
F & B department engage in the activities such as management of inventory, ensuring
delivery, engaging into development of certain events, production of food items and beverages,
and more (Davis and et. al., 2018). These form of activities is being undertaken by food and
beverage organisations to offer maximum satisfaction to their customers while ensuring
