INTRODUCTION Managing operations and projects is defined as to make a deal with both constant as well as strategic business problems in an organisedmanner. In terms of project management the main reason behind it is to implement a complete different product and service(VanArsdale,2021). The below report includes project scope management, time management which includes an activity base table, Gantt chart and also a network diagram. The report also includes cost , risk and communication management followed by project structure and appeal. The report is based on Bloomsbury institute. This institute is a high education provider which is situated in London. It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate degree in accordance with business management, accountancy as well as law. MAIN BODY Project scope management It refers to the procedure which helps in deciding as well as representing overall list in terms of project goals, tasks , budget and many more which is involved in the process of planning only. It includes many things like exclusions, project deliverables, constraints and assumptions. Description of the project: -The report is about Bloomsbury institute which has decided to organise a graduation ceremony. The ceremony will be conducted in November 2021. The institute has decided a budget for that which is approx £7000 and length of project would not be more than 3 months. Project objectives: -The graduation ceremony is been organised for a particular reason. So, the objective behind it is to do a celebration for all students who have achieved all needs whether in terms of academic and curricular also. The main objective of project is to motivate their students to enhance their skills and also create some amazing memories. Each student do hard work so they expect that they will get appreciation for that so Bloomsbury institute also decided to organise a graduation ceremony for them.
Project scope: -In graduation ceremony the scope was to create a effective ceremony within the budget which is been set in order to become successful. Bloomsbury institute should be able to conduct graduation ceremony within the deadline set and must be able to create efficiency. Assumptions:-The assumptions in context with graduation ceremony are been explained as below:- The institute assumed that if they have invited 100 students in their ceremony all students would be there to attend it. It was also assumed that food offered to all students would be enough and will not be less for them.The institute also assumed that all plans which they have made the graduation ceremony will also be conducted according to that(Gordwin, 2021). Constraints:-While organising any event many constraints can occur so in terms of graduation ceremony it is explained as below:- As institute decided to invite 100 students but constraint can occur that even half of them didn't attended the meeting. There can be another constraint also students may expect that they will get appreciation in effective way but they may feel unhappy also after attending the ceremony.It may also happen that taste of food will not be proper as it was expected.
