INTRODUCTION
Managing people is very important for the companies in the current competitive business
environment.
The reason underlying this fact is that in case the people will not be managed in business then this will
be affecting the business performance and efficiency.
The current presentation is based on Costa Coffee which is a British coffee house chain and was founded
by Sergio Costa and Bruno Costa in the year 1971.
The current discussion will outline the various objectives in relation to the different resourcing activities
like recruitment, selection and others.

WITHIN RESOURCING ACTIVITIES
For the business it is very necessary that proper
human resource functions are being used and applied.
The reason behind this fact is that in case the
human resource management will not be working in
better and effective manner then this will be affecting
the working to a great extent.
Hence, for this, it is necessary for Costa Coffee that
they must have a sound HRM system.
