INTRODUCTION
 Managing people is very important for the companies in the current competitive business
environment.
The reason underlying this fact is that in case the people will not be managed in business then this will
be affecting the business performance and efficiency.
The current presentation is based on Costa Coffee which is a British coffee house chain and was founded
by Sergio Costa and Bruno Costa in the year 1971.
The current discussion will outline the various objectives in relation to the different resourcing activities
like recruitment, selection and others.

For the business it is very necessary that proper
human resource functions are being used and applied.
The reason behind this fact is that in case the
human resource management will not be working in
better and effective manner then this will be affecting
the working to a great extent.
Hence, for this, it is necessary for Costa Coffee that
they must have a sound HRM system.
