When the organisation is taking interview of the each candidate, I need to find that what
are different operations and functions that every individual need to follow in order to perform the
different activities in the organisation premises. In order to find that, it is very significant for me
as a human resource manager to asses the background information about the candidate which
helps to find the past performance. Other than that it also helps the venture to find that weather
the candidate will able to sustain for the long run in the organisation. In addition to this, it also
ascertains effectiveness on the business performance to develop criteria of the sales.
With the help of background information about the candidate, I am able to find that what
are the different requirements of the candidate from the venture. With that candidate will also
able to find that what are the roles and responsibilities that I need to implement.
2. Have you consistently meet with goals and objectives?
When the interviewer is taking the interview, I ask the goal and objectives of the
candidate. When the interviewer is able to find goal and objectives, I can easily able to estimate
