INTRODUCTION
Training is the one of crucial aspects for the organizational development and success which can
be turned out to be fruitful for the both employee and employers in an organization. Training
overall have the amplifying the strengths and accrue more level of skills which is important for
the company to have targeting of relevant level of individuals (COUASME and GURGEY,
2016). In addition to that it is one of core function of human resources department to have enring
in developing the new skills to gain competent advantages. British airway is one of largest airline
in the world make sure to have the competent level of human resource department developing
more significant level of policies which is essential to have over all development of organization.
MAIN BODY
Need for the robust HRM policy and procedure
Training and development are the lowest thing which is the top most priorities list of firms. The
organization is tuned to be successful when it has the persistence’s of human resource
department. The process of learning the and putting ore level of knowledge is considered to be
the foundation of quality output which can be generated from employee at the continuous level.
There are number of organizations which have taken the continuous level of common task in
order to get up through regular upgradation of skills within the environments framework which
have been observed under constant change (Ndikumana, and Bokka, 2016). Companies, both
large and small, have felt the pressing need to optimize the cost with whatever limited resources
they have to improve the productivity and efficiency of employees.
British airways are the London based organization that provides its flights to 570 destinations in
133 territories. The company is more level operating from the Heathrow and Gatwick. On the
other hand, the firm is facing major level of challenges such as the asking the international
markets, the downing relation between employees and many more. The firm have the clear level
of needs to have the development of effective HRM strategy which is only the chance to
overcomes the particle problems (Hay, 2017). The strategy of British Airways includes the
innovation in technological accessories, customers relationship, employee relationship, safety
and security of stake holders and so on.. This also have keened to the way how to plan the
fixation of these problems for which the entire load to settle up the individuals to achieve goal
and objective of the brutish airways.

On the other hand, there is need for the robust hrm policies IS somewhere the fundamental need
for the company whether it has been the start up or establishes company.
The policy is more level of written format r the principles which all the members of the firm
have the need to follows. as on the other hand the procedure is about telling the members of the
organization to carry out the implement policy in order to be the real backbones and foundation
of company. In addition to that the HRM of the British airways is being responsible to have the
recruitments if the right people in the company in order to have the managing level of trends
which is as per the needs, queries and other related issues. Without having the strong level of
HR teams covering the effective level of policies and procedure will not be effective to have run
on organization in smooth manner.
It is important to pay major level of attention to the HR team policy and procedure is to be mor
different as each individuals have the their own set of values with respective to the wants ,
needs and aspiration (Coller, Helms Mills. and Mills, 2016). This also have keened to the way
how to plan the fixation of these problems for which the entire load to settle up the individuals to
achieve goal and objective of the brutish airways.
Key level of challenges faced by British airways (500)
There are various challenges which British airways are currently facing under the HRM
department which explains the various parameters onto which company need to focus with high
strategic planning. Currently there are various departments under which employees are les per
formative towards their assigned duties which makes various fundamental parameters effect
highly for larger productive business extension goals and gaining high satisfaction from various
segments of customers. There are also high demand for strong trained employees among
customers for higher satisfaction levels which are programmed under various paradigm
development gaols among employees. British airways internal employees need to develop
strong functional ethics and training of new working parameters, as employees are not upto
latest benchmarks in performance among marketers and also they need to be expert in
communicating with various languages as various global customers are in demand for air
engineers which can communicate effectively. There is also case of high turnover among
employees within company of British Airways, as there is not enough motivation and training,
development platforms not provided to them on regular intervals which has impacted them
highly on various arenas. The turnover of employees impacts company goodwill threshold
