INTRODUCTION
Management of people is the process that leads to undertake effective training,
development, directing and motivation of employees in terms of optimising their overall
productivity at the organisation by promoting professional growth and success. The leaders at the
organisation effectively use management of people in terms of overseeing the workflow that
leads to increase the overall performance of employees. It can be done by the Human resource
department as they can prominently manage individuals which is important for the existing and
aspiring leaders as their objective is to enhance communication at the company in terms of
preparing employees for success (Leroy and et. al., 2018). For this, the HR manager leads to
examine the skills of employees which is helpful in terms of discovering their strengths and
analyse prominent areas for development. To carry forward the study, Nando's is considered
which is the South African restaurant chain specialised in Portuguese African food serving in
their signature style. Restaurant was founded in Johannesburg in 1987 and currently operate
around 1000 outlets in 35 countries. For this, the report tends to cover the effective meaning of
HR professionals by considering CIPD profession map and also explain objectives of company
undertaking the resourcing activities as on that basis HR function is responsible for effective
delivering.
