INTRODUCTION
Human resource management play key essential role in an organization and mainly aim
towards proper management of people within organization as to stimulate their performance
towards fulfillment of organizational goals (Silling, 2019). Present report has been made on
Ryanair, it is leading and a reputed low-cost carrier, provide their services all around the Europe
with having short distance routes to regional and secondary airport. This entity provides cheap
air tickets to customers in order to enhance their travelling experience. By make reduction in
operational cost company offer competitive price that makes Ryanair top airline service in
Europe. Entity was established in the year 1985 and operates business functions with more than
1600 daily flights. In this report formative discussion has been made on different type of
managerial roles at Ryanair and the manner in which they influence performance and culture at
airline. Along with this report include management style of respective entity.
