Recruitment, selection, Training and Induction Recruitment and selection Recruitment and selection process in Apple Inc. goes through following steps. Commence Recruitment BeforeanyjobpositionisannouncedHumanResourcedirectordoessome documentworksuchas:Recruitmentrequestform,Jobclassification,job description, range of the suggested salary, test or evaluation process, Interview questions and criteria for evaluation of candidates.

Application Selection Through screening process applications of applicants are selected. Interview All the candidates need to go through four rounds of interviews. Training and Induction Program Induction and training program in Apple goes on for one week. During this induction and training process continuous monitoring of employees is done for evaluation and after this they are assigned with mentors to understand their job role more clearly.
