INTRODUCTION
Project management is an application of skills, knowledge, processes and experience in
order to achieve specific project objectives (Picciotto, 2020). This study is going to discuss
importance of stakeholder analysis and ways in which it can help in improving decision-making
process by knowing their interest level in project. It will further discuss some resources that are
required for completing project successfully and accomplishing goals in launching a new
product. This study will further discuss ways in which risk analysis can help companies in
mitigating risks in an effective manner. Risk analysis can help this company out in identifying
risks that might occur in future along with ways of solving them. Work breakdown and Gantt
chart also plays a vital role as it helps in breaking down big tasks into smaller. It becomes easier
to complete complex tasks in an effective and in a timely manner.

Project description
This new project is all about a launching a new product. In this project, “our kitchen” is
going to sell homemade cookies and tea cakes. After covid-19, people have become health
conscious. They prefer healthy food that has been made from natural ingredients. With this
project, this “our kitchen” wants to improve overall health of people by providing them home
made sugar free cookies, pancakes and tea cakes (Sangar and et.al., 2019). It is believed that this
new product planning can increase market share and company can expand its business. This
project will enable project manager in expanding business and accomplishing goals.
This might be more helpful for the people who are working, at outside of their home due to
having covid-19 and this could be led them benefits for having the home made products. While
having such things this could be more important for them and led them for working within their
proper communication and make sure for having more effective goals and objective. As "our
kitchen" project manager need to set out their customer trends and expectation. Along with this
as they are also required for working with market trends and make sure about their more
efficiency products and goals. The regions that should be expected to improve while as far as
ability the executives drives for benefits bundle and this may be likewise driven their worker to
keep spurred. Moreover they are should be needed to have their exhibition based bundle through

which they will make legitimate objectives or objective to be finished. Innovation additionally
play significant while through which they can without much of a stretch make their worker
adaptability for working and drove them for having better finishing objective in association.
Stakeholder analysis
Stakeholder analysis is a process of analysing as well as gathering important or qualitative
information. It helps project managers in determining whose stakeholder’s interest should be
taken into account and reasons as why some stakeholders do not take interest. On the basis of
stakeholder analysis, project manager finds easier in increasing their interest and making project
successful by increasing their interest.
Outer partner who assume their part at outside of the association and from that a portion of
the partner assume the significant part for having the better objectives and objective for
accomplishing the future viewpoints. Partner examination is portrayed as contraption relations
can use to clearly recognize key accomplices for an errand or other development, get where
accomplices stand, and make cooperation between the accomplice and bunch. The rule objective
is to ensure viable outcome for movement to come.

Managed closely: In regard to this project, it can be said that it will make beneficial to local
customers as they can improve their health by having homemade cookies and pancakes. This
company makes cookies on demand (Eskerod and Larsen, 2018). Sugar free cookies are being
also made as it is beneficial for those who have sugar problem or cannot have foods because of
diabetes. So, in this regard, it can be said that customers can be categorized in manage closely.
They are highly satisfied and highly interested one.
