of time with meeting all the criteria. To prepare a unique products and services of results a
project which is temporary endeavour. The present report is based on the TSK beaning Ltd that
deals in designs and manufacturing of industrial bearing for automotive industry. This report
from this all the activities requisite for managing a new technology will be discussed
TASK 1
Various kinds of project
In the task 2 all the projects are taken into consideration that are used in manufacturing project.
The purpose of this project is that to develop a new technology for the cars which are

2
network diagram it shows the logical relationship (Walker, 2015). Therefore, before finishing the
project it is important to finish the critical path. Gantt chart also used for showing the progress of
project and it can be easily monitored and priorities of task can be set accordingly. Through the
Gantt chart it become easy for the project manager to see the needs of the projects (Griffith,
Stephenson and Watson, 2014). Further it is considered in the category of bar charts and critical
charts come in the flow charts category.

cost is highly considered. For this purpose comparison can be done between the budget and
which is measure for the project that is $12 pound and cost which is spend while carrying out the
project. The satisfaction of the stakeholder can also sue for measuring the success of the project.
The way to manage change in project

project is implementing according to the plan or not. It helps in analysing if any changes is
required so that it can be implemented successfully (Dykstra, 2011).. Monitoring is required to
be done of graphical representation, project status, financial status etc. On the basis of all this
information project is evaluated and changes done if required. In addition to this, it is important
for project manager to monitor, cost, running schedule so that it can be completed on time.
