their starting and completion. This report includes the project management ways of Hilton Hotel,
it is an MNC and deals in grocery and general merchandising products. The report comprises of
project scope, aims, work break down structure, Gantt chart and how the project can be
completed with these tools is described in the present report.

PROJECT DEFINITION
Hilton Hotel PLC is a multinational company and they have very vast operatio0nal
structure and comprises of 12 stores and they are functioning in many countries. Hilton Hotel is
not yet implemented CSR activities and they are planning to implement the same and they are
thinking of contributing in these activities by taking the funds from their pre-tax profits. From
this fund they want to donate to charities and wants to work for the benefit of the society(den
Hertog .2010). Corporate social responsibilities are the activities that are done to promote the
society and they want to achieve the reputation that a company gets when they get involved in
CSR activities. CSR activities are the activities that help the business to behave ethically and do
the right deeds for the benefit of the society. It helps in maintaining the reputation in the eyes of
stakeholders(Eckerson 2010). It helps in the sustainable development of the business objective.
Corporate social responsibilities are the ethical standards that all companies should follow and
they should give the benefit to their employees, local community and society at large.

PROJECT PROCESSES
This process id combining different steps so as to attain the goals and objectives of the
company on time with the most effective cost. Through the step by step process, an individual
will be able to achieve success in the market and along with this an efficiency can be achieved.
These steps are as follows:
ď‚· Initiate the project: The project manger is instructed by the top level management to
start the project and define objectives to him.
ď‚· Planning: After the objectives are defined, project manager starts planning out activities
and tasks and schedules for the achievement of objectives and al the statistics regarding
resources has been calculated here.
ď‚· Implementation: implementation of the task and the procedure all the resources are put
to work and proper action has be initiated.
ď‚· Monitor: tasks are checked to assess the performance so that the actual performance can
be compared with the standards(Ward 2016). If there are any leakages in the programs
than they are being fulfilled and rectified according to the need of the situation. Proper
look up is done on the procedures and performance of the project.
ď‚· Closing: The beginning and closing of the project should be define and a timely closing
is the indication of successfully followed plan.
COMMUNICATION PLAN
The stakeholders have every right of the information so the projects are to be
communicated to them because they play a very important role in the projects execution. The
stakeholders should be provided information through proper formal meeting. Other mediums of
communication can also be used for this like social media apps, e-mails, etc. A template of
