INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibilities plays crucial role in maintaining good reputation of
business entity at high level. In this regard, different operations get impacted as customers
satisfaction, society's awareness, demand for product and market value. The present project
report is based on determining CSR activities importance to sustain Covent Garden hotel's
goodwill in market. However, different stages to accomplish task including research techniques
and projecting involves estimated cost incurred as well time consumes. Moreover, project
management planning and evaluation is to be described through this assignment. However,
methods to organize research and collecting data further its analysis can be understood. In this
regard, several planning processes and recognizing business performance is to presented. Along
with this, project management and administration for sustaining and maintaining market value of
organization can be expressed through this study. Thus, learners are able to understand several
project management tools and planning procedure to reach out the set goals through this project
report.
TASK 1
P1) Aims and objectives of project
The present project is to understand CSR role in effectiveness and expansion of small
scale business as Covent Garden hotel. It is based on presenting goals, planning, implementation
and evaluation to sustain its market position. Covent Garden is small size hotel entity of UK that
provides food and accommodating services to customers (Bryman and Bell, 2014). However,
project manager of organization aims to expand enterprise and maintaining good reputation for
long time period through customer satisfaction at maximum level. Thus, aim and objectives of
project report can be described as below:-

To understand CSR role in effectiveness of Covent Garden hotel for competitive
advantages and sustaining its goodwill in market.

Project manager of organization sets different goals to be accomplished for competitive
advantages and sustainable fame can be expressed as:-

Thus, this project is of several kinds of targets that is interlinked with effectiveness of entity and
enhancing its quality services to providing comparability to customers with food and
accommodation services. However, for completing these goals, project manager prepares
strategies and action planning for implementation. In this process, CSR plays significant role to
sustain its effective reputation in market (Clarke and et.al., 2014). It leads to make place for
long term sustainability and enhancing its efficiencies to face competition and attracting
customers at large scale. Therefore, project planning procedure is created on the basis of set
targets that is helpful to increase business and competitive strategies at maximum level.

As per above mentioned project objectives, management plan is prepared by recognizing
actual performance of hotel entity. In accordance to this, project manager makes decisions
related to effectiveness and increasing its efficiencies for social awareness and satisfying service
