In the today's time, every business enterprise requires an excellent growth and success in
the competitive business environment. In order to gain competitive advantage, firm requires to
develop such impressive strategy and practices by which it can perform in excellent manner.
With assistance of digital technology, corporation can improve the speed and quality of business,
product and services by which it can enhance its performance. The present report is based on the
impact of digital technology on the business performance and activities in the market. Researcher
has used several kinds of methods in order to meet the solution of research problem. In addition
to this, significance and role of the digital technology on the performance and growth of the
business enterprise has been also discussed in this report. The major objective of this report is to
analyse the impact of digital technology on the small business enterprise performance, growth
and innovation. Apart from that, the criteria by which small business enterprise can implement
digital platform into the traditional business operation has been also addressed in this report. In

organisation in the market. There are various application, software and platforms which can use
in the digital technology. In a simple word it can be said that digital technology is umbrella term
for computer based products and solutions. In this includes several kinds of technologies and
mediums such as computer, laptops, smart phones etc. With help of these technologies and
platform, company can enhance the speed and growth of the business operation. Furthermore,
these platforms can create and bring the innovation and creativity in the product, services,
operation and activities. In the present study, researcher have major objective is analysed the
impact of digital technology on the growth and innovation of the Black Penny restaurant in the

In order to achieve project objective and aim, scholar required several kinds of resources such as
time, human resources, finance etc. It is very important to manage these resources in effective
manner so as researcher can get effective outcome of the study. For produce project management
plan, researcher have to cover various aspects which are discussed below- Time- In order to construct project management plan, researcher have to focus on the
systematic time period for accomplish several activities of project. Due to insufficient
time period, it is very difficult to focus and accomplish several activities. For manage all
activities of project within a sufficient time period, researcher has used Gantt chart
method and work break down structure. With aids of these techniques, scholar can able to
organise and conduct each activities within a specific time period.

 Cost- In order to construct the project management plan, finance is another one of the
most significant aspect and resource by which all activities and operation of research
study can conduct (Bilbao-Osorio, Dutta and Lanvin, 2013). Due to lack of finance, it is
also very difficult for scholar to conduct the study and further procedure of investigation.
Finance required in various activities such as printing questionnaire, survey,
transportation cost, internet expenditure etc. Thus, it can be said that cost is one of the
significant aspect for construct the project management plan. Resource- For construct project management plan, researcher required major three
resources that are time, finance and human resource (Borghoff and Pareschi, eds., 2013).
These all resources plays a very crucial role in the research planning because in the
absence of these resources, scholar can meet the objective of study. Quality control- In this aspect, it is very important for the scholar to manage the high
quality of investigation study. All information should relevant to objective as well as
should be in high quality. Risk management- While scholar design the project management plan then there is major
risk related to the plagiarism (Bulgurcu, Cavusoglu and Benbasat, 2010). Much of data
and information about the study can collect from secondary resources thus it is very
important for scholar to avoid plagiarism. Communication- In the present study, researcher is going to conduct primary data
collection under which scholar will prepare a systematic questionnaire about the impact
of digital technology on innovation and growth of small business enterprise and forward
it to all respondents (Bulgurcu, Cavusoglu and Benbasat, 2010). In order to send these
questionnaires to all it is very important to conduct communication. In this aspect,
researcher will take personal email address for all respondents and send them for primary
data collection. This is effective way for conduct primary data collection in the
investigation by which respondents can freely fulfil the questionnaire without any
biasness.
 Scope of study- The present study is based on the impact and role of the digital
technology on the small business enterprise. This study has huge scope because this
research provides effective knowledge and understanding about the significance of digital
technology. With assistance of this platform, firm can easily enhance growth and
