INTRODUCTIONSocial responsibility in the corporate is a duty of organization and in this they have totake initiatives so that they can analyse activities and fulfil responsibility for effects of businessentity on environmental as well as social well being. CSR is important as well as essential forbusiness to attain success in competitive market (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). There aredifferent type of CSR practices which staff member of firm have to adopt which includesenvironmental protection, ethical practices etc. Present report is based on Zizzi restaurant whichis a chain of Italian restaurant. In below mentioned assignment, discussion on aims andobjectives as well as plan for project management.TASK 1P1 Goals as well as objectivesManager of Zizzi Restaurant should adopt different activities related to CSR so that theycannot face any type of issues which will aid in meeting objectives of the firm as well as offerbest services to service user.
