Research approach: There are two type of research approach namely
deductive and inductive. Under deductive approach. It tests the validity of
hypothesis, theories or assumptions. On the other side, inductive
approach, it contributes to the emergence of unique theories and
generalisation. According to the topic, deductive approach is more
suitable because with the help of this researcher can easily identify
themes and create a conceptual framework. It is a more significant and
essential approach that help an investigator to collect accurate amount of
data within given time period.
Source of data : For collecting accurate amount of data, there are two
sources such as primary and secondary. Both are needed by the researcher
to accumulate proper information about the topic (Alvesson and
Sköldberg, 2017). Under, primary source, questionnaire is used whereas in
case of secondary source, books, journals, Magazines etc. are followed to
accumulate relevant data about the field of study. Therefore, primary
research is essential for researcher to gather appropriate amount of
information from the respondents. In this questionnaire is more suitable
and effective method because it help in accumulating relevant amount of
information related to the topic.
Sampling: It is another important part of methodology which is used to
select sample size out of total population. This section mainly divide into
two parts such as random and non-random. Both sampling methods are
useful but as per the research topic non-random sample method is used
because it not require maximum amount of cost of the company.
Convenience sampling is used as a part of non-random sampling (Flick,
2015) . It is more essential and useful for researcher to select sample size
systematically.
Research design: The entire research depends on the design of study which is carried out by
the investigator for identifying the impact or effect. There are essentially three kind of research
design which name is descriptive, exploratory, and experimental. According to the research topic,
descriptive design is used because it will be more suitable for the topic and via this, the conclusion
can be derived effectively.
Data analysis method: In order to analysis data, thematic analysis is consider more effective
method because it help in driving valid conclusion for further study. In this case, different number
of theme are made on each question (Kumar, 2019). It is important for researcher to achieve
better outcomes easily.
Ethical issues: These are the issues which creates and impacts the decision making power of an
organisation. The different kind of principles which are requires to be consider in this process
includes informed consent, anonymity and confidentiality (Mackey and Gass, 2015).
