INTRODUCTION
Marketing plan is defined as such plan in which marketing and promotional elements are
added. In current time need of market is to grow in sustainable manner by using sustainable
measures (Fotiadis, Mombeuil and Valek, 2018). This report is prepared in order to provide
sustainable marketing plan for VOTARY which is a botanical skincare products brand which is
plant based skincare product manufacturer.
A brief outline of VOTARY
VOTARY is a skincare brand which is associated with manufacturing of plant based
products and these are 100% natural and vegan. The brand promises to provide such skincare
products to their customers that help them to maintain skin glow and get botanical solution for all
their skin problems. The skincare brand is promoting sustainability and using vegan processes
and ingredients in manufacturing of its products. This brand is highly emphasised over
sustainable measures so they are using such sources and packaging in order to provide cruelty
free products to their customers. VOTARY is using different plant oil in order to make skincare
solution and these are suitable for every skin type as no harmful products are being used in the
process of manufacturing(Brand history. 2020). VOTARY was founded by a makeup artist
Arabella Preston and an entrepreneur Charlotte Semler in the year of 2015. Within some years
the brand were liked by people and became choice of its customer for rebooting their skincare in
natural manner.

In current time as the market is highly fluctuating so in term of skincare brand the major
thing is to retain its customer and enhance their customer service so that they can become market
leader and get higher market prominence (Papageorgiou and et. al., 2019). In this manner a
