INTRODUCTION
Marketing is one of the most understanding disciplinary tool for the organisation. In other
words, Marketing is the activity which also analyse the needs of the customers and promote the

based on marketing essentials. Present study has been on the report of Beauty Giant which is a
cosmetic selling institution that has so far 50 branches all over the UK. Present study will be
explaining about role of marketing in modern organisation. Further, in this report also explains
the marketing elements of the marketing function. Functions in a modern organisation. In the
next segment of the study will be preparing a strategic marketing plan in order to promote the
new product (Moreover Young) in across the different market.
