It is the duty of themanager is to organize their funds by issuing shares, bank loan and take loan by privateorganizations.Market Research - The role of marketing team is to search their customers whointerested to purchase their company products and services. They should analyze wholemarket situation according to the demand and need of customers and satisfy them inproper manner. This department will help in expanding business operations and functionsin other location. It is useful for increasing growth and development of an organization.Pricing - Your destination should maintain their pricing structure that include petrol anddiesel money, driver salaries, taxes, etc. And also they will manage all remaining amount.The price should be based on kilometer speed of transport, distance capture, type ofvehicle, arrival time.
