From the above explanation, I have realised that the process of both management as well as
leadership are very crucial within an organisation. I also came to know and understand regarding
different perspectives of the leadership as well as management and motivation. At time of preparing
such assessment, I have experienced different challenges, however it was a great experience for me to
work in a group because this involves interaction and engagement along with all the members of the
group. At time of making this assessment, I came to realise that different significant aspects of the
leadership and management such as theories that are concerned with such approaches are beneficial
within the organisation.
From the above explanation, I have realised that the process of both management as well as
