Project Charter - Online Ticket Booking Project
Project Description
BT & Sons used to organize a show every year during November to
advertise their agricultural equipment since 2000. After this, it has been
renamed as Globex Corporation and is now arranging the show for
lifestyle equipment too. Many visitors visit the fair and tickets are being
sold at the ticket counter to get the entry. The revenue being generated
by the selling of tickets is directly donated to ICV charitable trust. For
conducting the show many volunteers are required. The show has become
so famous that crowd has increased like anything and volunteers are
unable to control their entry through the main gate only due to less rate
of ticket production than the crowd gathering especially on the first day of
the show. Globex thought to introduce online ticketing system to allow
visitors book their ticket from anywhere and reduce the load at gate &
volunteers, so they awarded the contract to develop the system to
Virtucon.
