report based on Marks and Spencer, it is a leading British multinational retail organisation which
sells clothing, home products, luxury food products and so more to customers as per their needs
and requirements. Therefore, in this report will discussing about roles and characteristics of
leaders and managers of M&S. Additionally, key approaches of operations and management also
different type of leadership model will effectively elaborated in the context of M&S. In the last,
will systematically analyse and evaluate several factors which impacts on management system of
