INTRODUCTIONManagement and operation is fundamental for each and every kind of organisation as ithelps to manager entire activities of firm in a proficient manner. Therefore, coveted targets willattained within limited period of time (White, 2016). As a result, it will be easy for enterprise totake benefits from competitors at competitive world. Present assignment is based on Great CourtRestaurant, which is established in UK and providing their products and services at variousplaces. Leader and manager has to play their role as per situations; thus, they will take anadequate decision. There are many methods which will be used by superior to evaluateperformance of their staff members. Finally, this project is going to highlight many componentswhich will affect decision making process of association in a direct or indirect manner.TASK 1P1. Defining and comparing different roles and characteristics of leader and managerManager of company needs to make control over activities effectually so that, they willachieve the desired objectives within certain period of time. For the above stated aim, employerhas to develop some policies and strategies which are needed to be followed by staff members.Rather than this, main purpose of leader is to inspire workers and therefore, they complete theirtasks with maximum effectiveness.According to Hatziargyriou (2014) it is required for the manager to manage all exercisesof association as this will help to achieve coveted goals effectually.As indicated by Mohammadi, Soleymani and Mozafari (2014) leader needs to providemotivation to employees and thus, they will accomplish their work effectually.
