INTRODUCTIONIn this documentation, this assignment defines about the importance of organisationbehaviour in BBC company effectively. There are number of organisational functions arepresented here, which is making great impact on the performances of the business in particularways. Varied of factors such as culture, political and power of the company many affects theorganisational performance in the industry effectively. Moreover, this investigation defines aboutvarious types of motivational techniques and theories which might assist team member in thecompany in order to completion of each work with perfection effectively. Some motivationaltheories such as, Maslow needs Hierarchy theory, intrinsic and extrinsic motivational techniquesfor making motivate employees of the company effectively. Furthermore, this study also refer toimportance of various types of team in the company such as functional team, virtual team,problem solving team etc. which could be formulated in the company for different-differentpurpose. Beside from it, this study also describe about organisational concept and theory bywhich BBC organisation could make improvement in some of its performance in the companyefficiently. TASK 1P.1. The influence of culture, political and power on the behaviour of others in the BBCcompanyIt has been seen that, each organisation have its specific culture and behaviour of workingin the company effectively. They must follow particular culture in order to completion of eachtask in the business in proper manner (McLennan, 2013). In case of BBC company, it has beenobserved by the Smith that, there were some serious falling in the BBC's culture effectively andwhich is making negative impact in performance of the company in industry properly. So itcould be examined that, there are some situations are occurring in the company by some criticalfactors such as culture, political and power on the behaviour of the firm effectively. It could beidentifies with the assistance of Hnady's cultural typology(1986). Hnady's cultural typology(1986) :Task Culture: This is also most useful elements of the organisation in order to formationof specific team at the workplace while completion of various critical task in the corporationeffectively (Larsson and Vinberg, 2010). This is team has been formed by BBC's professionals insuch a way, in which common interests and specialisation of some peoples' comes together in1

order to formation of an effective within the company appropriately. According to task culture ofHandy's model, each member of team need to achieve task in the company in more innovativeways for accomplishment of organisational goals and objectives within the company effectively(Reychav and Sharkie, 2010). BBC's employees in a team are not delivering well performance asper its requirement in the company effectively. This might be main cause of serious falling ofculture in the company and its professional need to make improvement in these areas byfurnishing efficient facilities to its team member in context of completion of each task at theworkplace effectively. It has been observed that, its staffs are giving about its culture issues inthe organisation effectively and there is also gap among several employee's for gender and payscale which makes demotivate its employees at the workplace properly. It makes negative impactin performance of the company in the industry properly, because of some misunderstanding atthe workplace, its subordinates are not able to complete some essential works and they aretreated with the worst behaviour of their superior in the company which could negativeinfluences on the performance of individual and team members at broad level within theorganisational environment in sufficient form.M.1.
