the combination that involves values, beliefs
that helps in governing individual to attain
desired goals. Following are the different types
of business culture such as-

Power Culture
• Power culture- Within such type of culture
individual undertakes power in order to make
decision.
•Advantages
• Within power culture it involves different individuals
that helps in maintaining cordial relationship within
each other.
•Disadvantages
• No rigid structure has been formed.

Role Culture
• Role Culture- Here, management clearly states the
roles and responsibilities of every individual.
•Advantages
• It helps employees to complete the work within
stipulated time frame.
•Disadvantages
• It occurs when multitasking type of work have been
performed by individual.
