If the employees who are working in the organization are efficient towards the operations of the company then the company can easily achieve its goals and objectives in effective manner. Motivation is technique that is used by the organization to enhance the skills ofthe workers who are working in the company. It not only enhances the working pattern of the organization but also helps the organization to attain the objectives of the company. By analyzing the article there are many weakness and strength that are identified. The thesis statement which is taken into consideration is on the motivation techniques that are considered by the managers to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees working in the organization (Hall and Davis, 2017).The strength that is analyzed in the article is that the workers work in effective manner if they aremotivated by their managers. The techniques of motivation that considered by the managers enhances or improves the confidence level of the workers or the employees working in the organization. The level of motivation is different from person to person (Nuttin, 2014).The outcome that is achieved by the organization is beneficial for the organization if the employees are motivated in effective manner. Motivation technique is a process which is considered to enhance the working pattern and confidence of the employees towards the work. The techniques of motivation that are implemented on the workers are beneficial for the organization in many ways. If there is enhancement in the level of motivation of the employees then the workers will feel comfortable to work and also will share their views in proper way (Gould-Williams, 2016).The techniques of motivation have increased the working pattern of the employees. By giving motivation to the workers the objectives are easily attained in effective manner. By motivation there is change in the working pattern, the workers try to put their best towards the work. The techniques that are considered by the managers give assistance to the workers and also help themto improve their behavior towards their work. By enhancing the level of motivation of the workers they can easily attain the incentive, which also gives direct impact on the performance

In the article the weakness that is analyzed is concerned with the lack of motivation in some employees (Goetsch and Davis, 2014). The workers are not supported in effective manner. By the lack of motivation the level of performance of the workers are affected. So to enhance the level of motivation of the employees the accurate steps should be considered and proper analyses should be made which give directiontowards the goals and objectives of the organization. It is very essential to give support to the workers working in the company. The levels of motivation of the employees are enhanced by supporting them and providing them with corrective steps so that the goals and objectives of the organization can be attained efficiently. The technique concerned with the motivation is a strategy that is adopted by the organization so that the skills and capability of the workers can be disclosed in proper way. It is very important for the organization to attain the opportunities that are prevailing in the market (Elliot, Dweck and Yeager, 2017). If the opportunities are taken into consideration in proper way then it can be very easy for the organization to enhance its profitability. If the workers of the organization are efficient towards the work then it will minimize the risks and threats that are in the market. If the motivation level of the employees is enhanced then the possibility of innovation is also increased. Also environment of the organization plays an essential role. If the working environment is good then it can be easy to enhance the level of motivation of the workers or employees who are concerned with the organization. There are many strategies that can also be taken into consideration by the company.The strategies that should be considered and analyzed are sample and population methods, in which there are many questions that are outlined by considering an individual. Also in the secondsection there are many motivation methods that contain questions. The motivation method helps to attain and improve the working pattern and operations of the business. If the techniques of motivation are implemented and also considered then the organization can easily attain the targets and objectives of the organization in effective manner (Costa, Ntoumanis and Bartholomew, 2015).By considering the thesis statement that is based on the motivation strategies that are considered by the managers to enhance the efficiency of the employees who are working in the company.
