This report analyzes the change requirements of Fast Track Courier Pty Ltd. for the 2016
financial year. The company’s change management has been analyzed to align the requirements
with the strategic goals of the organization. The report explains the changes that need to be

the business. Identification and analysis of change requirement have been carried out by an
external change management consultant. This report has been written after a careful analysis of
the organization’s objectives, current practices, and external trends. The importance of change
