Executive summary:
Reliance Jio had been one of the youngest ventures of Reliance industries. It is an LTE
mobile network operator in the nation of the Indian subcontinent. It is mainly the
subsidiary of the reliance industries owned by Mr. Mukesh Ambani. They had
brought a revolutionary change in the telecommunication industry in the nation
by the introduction of the 4G network in the nation. India had always suffered
from slow internet connections and high priced packages that were giving the
users a difficult time. The venture had allowed people to no more compromise
and enjoy high-speed internet at affordable prices. It has been found that they
had correctly targeted the consumers mainly the youths and the adults of the
nation who require high-speed internet for conducting their internet activities.
They had also strategized their plans by which they could provide free services
for first three months thereby developing a loyal customer base for their future
package introduction of the plans. They had placed their products to both urban
and suburban areas along with rural regions covering more or less he parts of
the nation with their affordable packages. They had also provided many
application based services that had also attracted consumers. However, its
competitors are trying their best to keep parity with the services with Jio and
therefore might come up with services to overcome Jio. Hence, they need to be
innovative in their approaches and come out with new plans to keep their loyal
consumers hooked to their services.

the first telecom service, which had been able to hold pan India unified License. This license had
allowed the organization to provide all telecommunication services that include mobile personal
communication (Satyanarayan et al., 2017).
Reliance Jio had been able to capture the fast growing digital audience of the nation with
about 800 million mobile connections as well as 200 million internet users. Reliance thoroughly
believes in the potential of India to lead the world with its capabilities in innovation. Therefore,
researchers are of the opinion that Reliance had successfully envisaged creation of a digital
revolution in the nation.
Reliance Jio had already aimed in enabling transformation by creating not just a cutting
edge voice and a broadband network but also a powerful ecosystem on which a range of such
digital services are enabled this is referred to as the unique green field opportunity (Kalyani,
2016).
Jio had been successful in creating integrated business strategies, which were mainly
