INTRODUCTION
Communication is very important aspects for the business and for its employees. This plays
an important role in people ad employee’s life. The present essay is based on the “HM”
company. The H&M is the best fashion designer company which is deals in the fashion and best
quality of products and services to their customers. The essay will show an effective reflection is
on the communication and professional skills have important for workplace. This also shows the
how its is improve their life at workplace.

Reflection on effective communication experience and improve their performance.
Reflection on the work practices has creates a good and effective structure which is guide
the acct of reflection in proper manner. That had been effective for the business and its growth
factors. It is very important to choose ne feel most comfortable for their and best assists to learn
from the experience. Reflective writing practice helps the nurse to gain knowledge and to
challenge their own ideas and concepts (Alpenberg and Scarbrough, 2016). The idea of reflective
practice is not only to see what happened, but to see the situation through new eyes, eyes that can
help in personal growth and to develop ways to respond differently in the future. For the effective
process here is select Driscoll’s model of reflection.
Driscoll” model of reflection
This model is best reflection model that help to understand all the things in the proper
manner. This help to make effectiveness. This considers is like
 what- returning to the situation
 so what – Understanding the context
 now what – Modifying future outcomes
I have assistant of sales in the H&M Company here have effective and valuable business and
need to be communicate in proper manner because here is have national and international
customers. The main purpose to improve communication skill to improve myself and my work at
workplace should be in proper manner. This this creates the effectiveness for people to learn
more effective thinks (Coffelt, Baker and Corey, 2016). At the workplace some
miscommunication occurs that I realized and demotivated me. I have thought to improve my
communication skill for my better thinks. This creates various chances for the business growth

and my growth is also. I have understood that effective communication is more important and
effective for business and its growth factors. In that I have to stop myself for talk in inappropriate
manner and listen first what is exactly happens at workplace. My reaction on this situation is like
a not good I think how it is happens by me. In that case my colleague had made good senses of
work and create good working environment for work and its places. I have seen some key
aspects which has occurs miscommunication at workplace is like people and employees belong
with different culture and uses different language to communicate with others (Driscoll’s (2000)
Model of Reflection, 2018).
I have feel very depressed and demotivate about this mistakes which has happens by me at
workplace. That has created negative impact on me. In the current situation I have feel very
insulted about that the little think is not done be me. This affect me in negative manner and think
I will not done this again by improving myself and communication skills at workplace. I have
good emerged in this situation with the help of my colleagues in H&M Company. In the sales
department it could be happens because of online order has created more is communication. I
have experienced that my colleagues are created good and normal working condition for me. The
main reason to different forms others that mistakes are done by me and I feel his can affect to my
work and my future in negative manner.
The main implication for improve communication skill is sets the different principles of
communication (Ling and Campbell, 2017). That had helped to improve me and my
communication skill in proper manner. I have to alter this situation by making it right and I have
going to about this situation by cross checking it. I can make evidence for work and created in
the work practice through that it not creates this situation again in future. If I feel similar
situation than I have cross check and make work easy and effective at workplace. I have collect
information if it happens again through my network analysis and list of work.

Reflection of working and communicating in the professional skills.
I have working in the H&M group as an sales assistant. I love my wok more but some time
is create more difficulties for me at workplace. In that particular situation I have work by taking
guidance with my seniors and others staff member. The communication create and impact too
behaviour work and workplace in negative and positive manner which is not good for me.

Miscommunication and any critical situation is impact to behaviours of people is like I faced
one problem in company and in that I have to take decision to improve this in the proper manner.
This is effective and valuable for the business and its growth factors (Ling, 2017).
Communication in very professional skills I realised that in proper manner at workplace. This
creates more comfortable me and my work. As per the above, I am not able to understand
situation in first and not handled which is influence my work performance, behaviour and my
experience at workplace. This creates more complications and difficulties for me in workplace
for its growth factors. That had been in the irrespective manner.
CNCLUSIONS
From the above study it had been concluded that the communication has very important and
effective process for workplace growth. This has created the good working condition and issues
whether people not taking care of that in proper manner. As per the Driscoll model of reflection I
have really understand those thinks which has important for me to learn and understand situation
in proper manner.
