necessary in order to effectively work within any sector in today’s world. Development in
oneself allows self awareness that what areas need further improvement (Moon, 2013). Also

better and enhanced knowledge about each and every parameter involved within health and
social care sector allows enhanced delivery of facilities to the patients. For eg. Appointing a
doctor with phd in medical field and also experience in other hospitals, will give assurance that
premium quality care would be given to patients (Nicholls, 2014).
