IntroductionImprovement in accordance with both personal and professional level has becomenecessary in order to effectively work within any sector in today’s world. Development inoneself allows self awareness that what areas need further improvement (Moon, 2013). Alsoprofessional relational relationships have to be maintained so that the organization is ale toeffectively carry out all the tasks and operations. Within the report main reference has been givento the health and social care sector. In order to satisfy the patients with premium facilities andproper care, organization needs to do tasks in teams so that the targets can be achieved morequickly and that too in an effective manner. So the report has briefly analyzed various aspects ofhealth and social care sector that contribute in effective delivery of services to patients.TASK 11.1 Effect of the values on principles of support in Health and social care.There is a great effect of values on principal of support in health and social care. The values aredifferent from person to person because it is based on nationality, ethnicity and religion. At thetime of working in a health care home value and belief sometime creates a barrier in deliveringhigh quality services (Xyrichis and Lowton, 2008). For example, there are many patient ofdifferent religious who not like to takes services from male nurse. This make difficult indelivering a services to services user. Further there are some people of different caste, race andnationality understand and respect the culture of other which help in delivering all the serviceseffectively without facing any issues. Working in a health care home is not easy if one mistakecan also take life of individual. So personal value and individual belief is very important. Whileas per the principal of support each and every patient should be treated equally not on the basisof culture, age and discrimination. 1.2 How personal culture and experience impact on role as a health care professional whensupporting service user.Personal culture and experiences impact on role as a health care professional at the time ofsupporting services user. Culture is concern to the nation, ethnicity language etc. Culture playsignificant role in health and social care (Schaufeli, Leiter and Maslach, 2009). If person belongto some other caste or religious it may done discrimination at the time of providing services toservices user. Further nature and value of individual also impact the services which are deliveredto patient. As per my vvlaues and norms it imply that I need to support the people who are in4
