My personal valuesand principles of support are similar because both are associated with providing equal care and

treatment to patients without based on discrimination. However, the differences is of the culturein personal values and principles of support. This difference can heavily impact my working inboth positive and negative manner as I can face issues in treating the people from other culturedue to the cultural barriers which can leads to rise of ethical dilemmas.
